Spartanburg General Sessions Court has a Trial Week scheduled for this coming week beginning Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
Judge J. Derham Cole will be the Trial Judge for this week of court. Jury Selection will begin at 9:15am on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 in West A Courtroom of the Spartanburg County Courthouse. Guilty Pleas from cases on the Trial Docket will be held some time during this week but the day and time has not been decided yet.

Judge J. Mark Hayes, II will also be holding Guilty Plea hearings each day this week beginning at 9:30am for the morning sessions and 2:00pm for the afternoon sessions. There will also be Parole and Probation Violation Hearings on Friday, September 9, 2022. We do not know which Judge will be handling these hearings yet.
